SUPPORTIVE YOGA BOLSTER

Mahalo Supportive Bolsters are Eco-Friendly and make a perfect companion during restorative yoga practices. The removable outer cover is made from durable Bamboo Suede and the cotton inners are filled with PP cotton.

They are a wonderful firm supportive bolster that offer great support and comfort during your yoga practice.  These rectangle bolsters are extremely versatile and can also be used during meditations.

Both the outer cover and inner have a zippered opening for easy access. This allows you to remove the filled inner, so the outer cover can be washed or to adjust the height and comfort of the bolster by adding or removing fill, depending on your individual requirements.

These bolsters provide the right balance of support and comfort during poses and chest opening exercises when placed down the length of the spine. They help to properly align and support the spine when sitting and give you a boost when getting up from the floor.
