Delivery and Returns


We deliver products using Australia Post or Courier. 

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product/s and your location.

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Some products offered on our site are shipped free of charge and this will likewise be reflected in the shopping cart

before check out.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

If you live locally and would like to pick your product/s up then please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

In the unlikely event that your product/s are lost or damaged during shipping, then WE are responsible and will issue

either a full refund or replacement.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your

mind or make a wrong choice. However please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different

to the product purchased on our website or don’t perform as advertised.

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the payment receipt as prove of purchase.

Once we receive the product/s back they will be checked then a refund will be issued. Any product you return must be in

the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Return postage is payable by you (the buyer)

unless we have made an error in which case return postage will be paid by us.

We will refund you via credit card or direct bank deposit.

Refunds take approximately 5-10 days by credit card or direct deposit.

Online purchases must be returned to the following address with your proof of purchase.
